Privacy Policy

Effective June 2026 · Updated July 2026 · Applies to goodstewardcompanies.com and the Good Steward family of sites (Consulting, Development, GS Keystone, GS Software Systems, Permits, and Magpie).

We keep this short and plain. We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you and run our sites, and we never sell it.

Who we are

These sites are operated by Good Steward Companies LLC, a California company, and its affiliated brands (together, “Good Steward,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers the public marketing sites in the Good Steward family. Our separate software products and customer accounts are governed by their own agreements.

What we collect

We do not run advertising trackers, and we don’t use third-party marketing or social pixels.

Cookies & local storage

These sites set no cookies at all — no tracking, no advertising, no analytics cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a single localStorage flag that remembers you dismissed our privacy notice, so we don’t show it to you again. It identifies nothing about you.

Our internal, password-protected admin tools use browser storage for their own settings. Those pages aren’t part of the public site.

Third-party resources

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. That means Google’s servers receive the same technical request data any web server sees — your IP address and browser type — but not your name or anything you type here. Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical logs to run and protect them.

Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and Cloudflare’s is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Why we use it

How it’s stored and shared

Submissions are stored securely on our infrastructure (Cloudflare). We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google (so we can read and reply to your message by email). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send only as long as we need it to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices & California rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve submitted, and you can ask us not to contact you further. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; because we don’t sell or “share” personal information for cross-context advertising, there’s nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, use the contact form on any Good Steward site and tell us what you’d like — we’ll take care of it. If you’re visiting from outside the United States, we honor the same access, correction, and deletion requests wherever you are.

Reaching us: We don’t publish a personal email address. The fastest way to reach a real person — including for any privacy request — is the contact form on any Good Steward site. A person reads every message.

Children

Our sites are for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
